A lot of y’all remember when I used to ship my brisket all across the country. Folks from New York to California had a taste of that slow-smoked love from Georgia. Then I had to stop for a while — not because people didn’t love it, but because I wasn’t satisfied with the way it traveled.
Now I’m ready to fire it back up again — the same smoked brisket, sealed up tight, packed with care, and shipped cold so it lands on your table tasting just right.
I’ve always believed good BBQ oughta feel like family. When I first started shipping briskets, I was blown away at how far the love traveled. Families were carving up slices of Fadi’s brisket hundreds of miles away, and that meant the world to me.
But I hit a snag. Packing BBQ that holds its flavor ain’t easy. And I wasn’t about to send out anything less than the best. So, I pressed pause.
Now, after tinkering, testing, and learning better ways to keep it just as tender and smoky as when it leaves my pit — I’m bringing it back!!
